Breakout session 1a
Scaling with AI: The next generation of privacy
AI is transforming how privacy teams operate—automating manual tasks, improving time-to-value, and enabling smarter decisions. In this session, you’ll learn how one OneTrust customer is building an AI-driven privacy program by integrating systems and deploying copilots and agents, with a focus on data enablement rather than compliance. Leveraging the speed and scale of AI alongside the judgement and oversight of their people, automation is helping them scale privacy operations, reduce risk, and stay aligned with the business—without sacrificing accountability.
Breakout session 1b
Consent and collaboration: How privacy and marketing teams work together to build customer trust
Privacy is not just a compliance issue, but a core aspect of building customer trust and long-term relationships. As marketing teams take a more active role in building customer trust through consent management, collaboration with privacy is essential. This session spotlights how one company is aligning their teams to manage consent effectively, drive business value, and increase brand equity with customers. You’ll hear how shared tools, goals, and workflows are helping both teams hit their goals.

Breakout session 2a
Governance at the speed of AI innovation: Building AI governance that works for AI development teams
As AI becomes embedded in everyday workflows, the risk of data mis-use in high speed algorithms grows. This session explores practical strategies for minimising AI risks — like model drift, overexposure, and biased outcomes — and building AI governance frameworks that promote safe, scalable, and customer-centric innovation.
Breakout session 2b
Operationalising Trust: Lessons from the frontlines
When regulatory pressure intensifies and digital complexity accelerates, fragmented risk management is no longer viable.
Learn from one of our customers, and how they transformed risk management into a strategic decision-making framework, meet complex regulatory obligations like DORA, NIS2, practically applied AI to accelerate outcomes, and the lessons they learned along way.

At the same time, regulations like DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act are putting additional pressure.
In this roundtable we will bring together senior leaders and practitioners across different risk domains for candid discussions on:
Breakout session 3b
Data Use Governance: Automating the enforcement of data policies for consistent compliance and greater governance
As the adoption of AI expands the speed and scale of data use, enforcing data policies consistently and efficiently is critical. Join us to explore the role of the privacy professional in data governance and how data governance teams are evolving to enable innovation without sacrificing oversight. Get insight into how new technologies can automate enforcement across privacy, consent, and sensitive data policies. We’ll discuss where automation can enhance data governance efforts, helping teams scale faster while maintaining accuracy and control.
